The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) is a Medicaid-funded program administered through the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH) that provides medically necessary in-home skilled nursing, personal care, and behavioral health support services for eligible children under the age of 21.

The program helps children with complex medical and behavioral needs receive quality care in the comfort and safety of their home while supporting families with daily caregiving responsibilities.

Most approvals are received within approximately 20–30 days, depending on physician documentation and Medicaid review timelines.
