Georgia Pediatric Program

The Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), managed by the Georgia Department of Community Health (DCH), provides at-home skilled nursing care and personal care support for medically fragile children under the age of 21. Families with children eligible for Medicaid can apply at any time—eligibility no longer requires the same level of care necessary for hospital or skilled nursing facility admission.
